Using Slotbook

Slotbook provides online booking pages, scheduling tools, notifications and related workspace features for businesses. You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and only for lawful business activity. Keep account details accurate, protect your login and tell us promptly if you believe an account is being misused.

Businesses are responsible for their pages

A business is responsible for its services, prices, availability, timezone, cancellation rules, customer questions, branding, staff access and the appointments it accepts or declines. Businesses must have a lawful basis for collecting customer information and must not request sensitive information they do not need.

Customers and appointments

Slotbook does not itself provide the appointment. A booking request becomes an appointment only when the business accepts it. Customers should use the cancellation link in their confirmation or contact the business if plans change. Slotbook is not responsible for a business being closed, changing its availability, declining a request or failing to attend an appointment.

Free and Pro plans

Free includes the features and monthly booking allowance shown on the pricing page. When the Free allowance is reached, new requests may pause until the allowance resets. Online Pro subscriptions cost US$20 per month or US$180 per year, with the selected amount shown at checkout. Paddle processes subscription payments. Pro activates after payment confirmation and renews on the selected billing period until canceled. Owners can manage or cancel a subscription from the business dashboard; cancellation stops future renewal, and Pro access remains through the paid-through date shown in the dashboard. We will tell you before changing a paid price or material paid feature.

Acceptable use

Do not use Slotbook for fraud, spam, unlawful discrimination, harmful content, unauthorized access, excessive automated requests or activities that put customers at risk. We may suspend access where needed to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.

Data, availability and changes

Pro businesses can export bookings and customers as CSV. We work to keep Slotbook available and accurate, but maintenance, outages, email delivery failures and third-party services can affect the service. We may change or discontinue features and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

Disclaimer and liability

Slotbook is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
