Business and customer roles

The business that creates a Slotbook page decides what customer information to request and how to use it for its own appointments. Customers should contact the business directly about an appointment or a request to access or correct information held in its customer record. Slotbook processes that information to provide the service and to support the business.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell customer information. Information may be processed by the hosting, email delivery, database and notification services needed to run Slotbook. We share only what is needed for the requested service, such as an email address for a booking confirmation. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention and security

Business owners can export Pro bookings and customers and can ask for account assistance. We keep information while an account or booking record is needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. We use access controls, secure sessions and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

Marketing email is optional. A customer can unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time without affecting booking updates. You may contact us about privacy questions, deletion requests or corrections at admin@slotbook.falfesh.com. We may need to verify the request and coordinate with the relevant business.
